Fantastic Program for IT people like us. Out of the program I like few of them such as IT Leader Working Model, Leadership Style, Budgeting consideration and emotional Intelligence.
In IT Model we talk about how to evolve our vision focusing on bigger picture/ end goal instead of shot term achievement. Importance of continuous Learning process and how to do that.
Learnt different Leadership style and what to implement where.
Most important part is the emotional intelligence test and work out where we get to know our top 10 weakness. Understand the term like Empathy, communication, conflict management etc. and its importance in our professional career.
