Founded by IT professionals with combined 60+ years of industry experience together both in domestic and global arena, AdroitEL is poised to address this need of the hour with a 360-degree approach.
AdroitEL was began with a vision to bring forth tailored coaching, mentoring and consulting solutions that to transform individuals and organizations, whether new to leadership or seasoned CXOs. About Founders and Leadership
AdroitEL was founded by two of visionary leaders passionate about fostering growth and empowering people to unlock their full potential. With extensive experience in leadership development, organizational change, and personal coaching, the founders bring together a wealth of knowledge and a shared commitment to driving meaningful transformation.
Asheesh Khare
Asheesh Khare is a founding partner of AdroitEL (India) and a certified Transformational Coach through TPC Leadership, as well as an ICF ACC. With a wealth of experience in leadership and operations, he has held key positions in various high-profile organizations, driving strategic planning and operational efficiencies.
Before co-founding AdroitEL, he served as the Managing Director at Willis Towers Watson, where he oversaw the overall function of the business in India, focusing on maximizing operational and delivery efficiencies. His previous role as Senior Vice President at AGS Health saw him head the organization’s overall operations, while his earlier position as Operations Head at Carlson Wagonlit Travel involved leading traveler services across India.
Asheesh Khare has also made significant contributions as the Business Head of Offshore Operations at Accretive Health (now R1 RCM), where he established the India business and managed offshore operations. His expertise extends to corporate strategic IT projects, including his tenure as Vice President of IT at Genpact, where he led initiatives such as GECIS divestiture and various M&A processes.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is a certified mountaineer from HMI Darjeeling and a certified advanced open water diver from PADI. He is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys hiking, trekking, cycling, biking, diving, and photography. Asheesh Khare has also co-authored the book "Coaching Mantras," showcasing his commitment to leadership and personal development.
Rajesh Bhatia
Rajesh Bhatia is a founding partner of AdroitEL (India) and a certified Executive Coach from Coacharya. With extensive experience in technology and strategic planning, he has held key leadership roles, including Vice President at Genpact India, where he was responsible for global IT infrastructure as Chief Technology Officer. In this capacity, he drove significant IT transformations, focusing on legacy consolidation, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
Rajesh Bhatia brings a wealth of knowledge in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic assessments, and establishing new offices globally. He has successfully managed large IT manpower contracts, ensured governance and compliance while building strong partnerships with various product OEMs and system integrators. His experience includes managing multi-million-dollar contracts for major corporations like Oracle, Microsoft, and AWS, as well as overseeing large-scale programs for mass hiring of technology professionals.
A people person at heart, he enjoys networking with individuals from diverse backgrounds and values the connections he makes during his travels. He believes that the relationships cultivated along the way are what truly enrich the journey. Known as a "one-stop shop" for the vast network he has built and is dedicated to empowering others and fostering a collaborative environment at Adroitel.
