The Founders

Seasoned IT and Business Professionals with 60+ years of industry experience of starting and growing large IT & ITeS organizations

Asheesh Khare , a founding partner of AdroitEL (India) is a Transformational Coach certified by TPC Leadership and has been an ICF ACC.

Before this, he was the Managing Director, BA India at Willis Towers Watson. The Organization offers an integrated package of SaaS technology and services. He was responsible for the overall function of the business with focus on strategic planning and maximizing operational and delivery efficiencies in India.

Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President at AGS Health, responsible for heading the overall operations for AGS Health. Before this, he was Operations Head, Travel Services at Carlson Wagonlit Travel. In this role, he was the head of operations for the Indian Operations base. He was also responsible for leading the traveler services team pan India by driving implementations and service delivery. Prior to that, he was the Business Head of Offshore Operations at Accretive Health(now R1 RCM). Here, he setup the India business and was managing all offshore operations for Accretive Health United States. In this role, he provided a significant size of provider revenue cycle management, including coding and transcription, financial analytics and IT support & development delivered from this global in-house center.

Before this, he was Vice President -IT at Genpact. Here he led corporate strategic IT projects like GECIS divestiture and various M&A. Prior to this, he was VP & CTO – IT at GE Americas based in the US & Mexico. He has also been an IT Specialist at CMC Limited driving large turnkey Government projects.

Asheesh Khare, is also a certified mountaineer from HMI Darjeeling and a certified advanced open water diver from PADI. He is a keen outdoors person with hobbies like hiking, trekking, cycling, biking, diving and photography. 

He has also co-authored the book ‘Coaching Mantras‘.eader

Rajesh Bhatia, a founding partner of AdroitEL (India) is a certified Executive Coach from Coacharya. 

Before this, he was Vice President, Genpact India at Gurgaon where his last assignment was Chief Technology Officer responsible for strategic planning of Global IT infrastructure (DCs, Compute, and Network Data & Voice), Unified Communication, Digital IT architecture and managing the Infrastructure and operations for Genpact globally. In this role he has been driving legacy to new age IT Transformation journeys like consolidation with virtualization, cloud infrastructure, automations.

He carries a breadth of knowledge in areas of M&A and divestitures, strategic assessments and approach to integrate those into a larger organization and global exposure in setting up new offices across the world, liaison with local statutory regulatory bodies and partner networks.

He has managed large IT Manpower contracts and their governance and holds Strong Partner engagement with various Product OEMs and System Integrators. And has also worked upon large multi-million dollar contracts like ULA (Oracle), ELA (Microsoft), AWS and their entitlement management and audits for several enterprise license agreements. He also has run large programs for mass hiring of technology professionals.

Rajesh Bhatia, is a people person. He likes to network with people from all walks of life.

While he likes to travel, what matters for him is the company he makes and all the new people he meets.
